Stiltz Home Elevators are innovative and unique residential elevators that can fit easily into your home. Designed to make life easier, these quiet, shaftless home elevators will help you stay in the home you love when the stairs become too much and are a perfect and affordable alternative to a stairlift.

Residential elevators by Stiltz can also improve your lifestyle if you are looking for a faster and more convenient way of getting between floors. Unlike a stairlift, these spacious in-home lifts can carry two or three people and can easily fit a wheelchair if required. And they’re not just convenient for moving people—you can use these lifts to transport anything, such as boxes, a vacuum cleaner, and even the family pet.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Stiltz Home Elevator?

Stiltz Home Elevators offers homeowners a simple and easy way of moving between floors in a two-story property. The lifts are non-hydraulic cable elevators and offer an alternative solution to a stair lift or hydraulic elevator when the stairs become challenging. The range of Stiltz lifts available are also a great way of ‘future-proofing’ your home for use in later life.

Are there wheelchair-friendly Stiltz elevators available?

Yes, of course! Our range of residential elevators offer wheelchair-friendly lifts too. The Stiltz Trio Residential Elevator have been designed to fit a standard-sized wheelchair but still has a small footspace. This style of Stiltz elevator is also ideal for users with a walker or rollator.

How much space does a Stiltz Home Elevator require?

The Stiltz Duo Home Elevator is one of the smallest residential lifts available on the market and has a footprint of just 7sf (0.62m2).

How are Stiltz residential elevators powered?

Stiltz elevators are powered by a winding drum system which is neatly self-contained within the top of the lift itself. The mechanics are all in one place and hidden from view. Our elevators are run from a normal 220v outlet or a 110v outlet where a step-up transformer is required.

How much building work is involved?

Little construction work is involved for a standard home elevator installation. Once it has been decided where the lift is going to be installed, all that is then required is for the appropriate hole to be made in the ceiling for the lift to pass through between floors.

What happens if I do not require my Stiltz home elevator in the future?

A Stiltz home elevator is simple to remove and you can take it with you if you decide to move house. It is very straightforward to reverse the aperture opening and seal it and your home will look as if the elevator was never there. You may, however, decide to keep the elevator in position as a domestic elevator can add value to your property. It therefore can be an attractive asset when selling your home.

What is the Stiltz Home Elevator’s load capacity?

Stiltz home elevators are restricted to a carrying capacity of 375lbs for the Duo, 485lbs for the Trio and 500lbs for the Duo Alta and the safety sensors will not allow the lift to move if this is exceeded.

Can you customize your Stiltz Home Elevator?

The simple answer is yes. Both the Stiltz Duo and Trio elevators include, as standard, a powder coated cream finish, while the Duo Alta and Trio Alta features a soft grey matte finish but customers can customize the colour of their lift to suit their home decor as they wish. Customers are also able to change the carpet and rails, while we also have a range of different seats and handrails available.

What is the warranty on a Stiltz residential elevator?

Every Stiltz home elevator includes a 24-month parts warranty.

How much does a Stiltz Home Elevator cost?

The cost of a Stiltz Home Elevator varies depending on the application. Once our initial free site survey has been carried out an accurate quote can be given.

Exclusive elevator was an amazing experience. They were attentive, detail oriented. The team Karina, Oscar and the their crew were absolutely incredible! Not only was the installation done perfectly plan but they as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. At the end the cherry on the top was a great cleaning of all the dust in the areas they had worked and putting furniture back in its original position.
I cannot thank the team enough for.

We recently switched our elevator maintenance service over to Exclusive Elevators, LLC, and the difference in customer service has been outstanding. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, very honest. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided affordable repair options without ever making us feel pressured. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values integrity and customer care. We are very happy with our decision and will only be using Exclusive Elevators, LLC for all of our future elevator maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
